嘉兴地区2015年-2017年育龄期妇女TORCH感染情况分析

目的分析嘉兴地区育龄期妇女TORCH的感染情况。方法选取2015年-2017年嘉兴地区嘉兴市妇幼保健院孕前检查并做TORCH血清学检测的育龄期妇女作为研究对象,采用多重微珠流式免疫荧光法检测其血清中TORCHIg G、TORCH-Ig M值。比较3年来TORCH的感染率变化以及2017年不同年龄组TORCH的感染率。结果2017年嘉兴地区育龄期妇女TORCH的感染率较2016年有升高趋势,且阳性率与年龄增长呈正相关,以36岁~40岁为主要感染人群,现症感染以HSVⅡ、CMV病毒阳性率最高。结论TORCH感染有升高趋势,尤其是高龄孕妇比例逐年上升。因此,应加强对高龄育龄期妇女的宣教和筛查,重视以性传播为主要途径的病毒防控工作。

Survey on TORCH infection in women at childbearing age in Jiaxing City from 2015 to 2017

Objective To survey TORCH infection in women at childbearing age in Jiaxing City.Methods Women at childbearing age who received pregnancy examination and TORCH serological testing in the Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health-care Hospital from 2015 to 2017 were recruited as the study objects.The serum TORCH-Ig G and TORCH-Ig M were determined by Athe NA Multi-Lyte TORCH Ig M or Ig G Plus Test System.Results The infection rate of TORCH among women at childbearing age in Jiaxing City in 2017 had a upward trend compared with that in 2016.It was positively correlated with age,which was mainly from 36 to 40 years old.The infection rate of HSVⅡor CMV virus was higher.Conclusion There is a upward trend of TORCH infection in women at childbearing age,especially at advanced maternal age;thus it is necessary to educate them to obtain prenatal TORCH screening for the control and prevention of TORCH infection through sexual transmission.
