维生素AD联合阿奇霉素对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿康复进程及肺功能的影响

目的探讨维生素AD联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的效果。方法选取我院2016年4月至2019年4月收治的152例MPP患儿,按治疗方案不同将其分为观察组(n=76,维生素AD联合阿奇霉素治疗)和对照组(n=76,阿奇霉素治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组咳嗽消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的FEV1、FEV1%pred及PEF均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维生素AD联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP,能改善患儿肺功能,促进康复,提高疗效,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Effects of vitamin AD combined with azithromycin on recovery process and pulmonary function of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin AD combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP). Methods One hundred and fifty-two children with MPP enrolled in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=76, vitamin AD combined with azithromycin treatment) and control group(n =76, azithromycin treatment) according to different treatment plan. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The cough disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, FEV1, FEV1%pred and PEF in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of vitamin AD and azithromycin in the treatment of MPP can improve lung function, promote rehabilitation and improve the treatment effect without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
