自制沙袋固定器在永久性起搏器植入术后的应用效果

目的探讨自制沙袋固定器在永久性起搏器植入术后的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月于我科实施永久性起搏器植入术的60例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用自制沙袋固定器固定沙袋,对照组采用传统的胶布固定沙袋。比较两组患者的压迫效果、沙袋滑脱率、舒适度、睡眠质量以及所需平均护理时间。结果观察组的有血肿或出血发生率、沙袋滑脱率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的舒适度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。起搏器植入术后24 h内,观察组的睡眠质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者所需的平均护理时间为(4.41±0.35)min,显著短于对照组的(6.41±0.45)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制沙袋固定器具有明显的预防沙袋滑脱功能,能更好的发挥沙袋压迫止血的效果,而且明显增加了患者舒适度和睡眠质量,也大大地缩短了护士的工作时间,值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of self-made sandbag fixator after permanent pacemaker implantation

Objective To explore the application effect of self-made sandbag fixator after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods A total of 60 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation in our department from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group fixed sandbags with self-made sandbag fixator,and the control group fixed sandbags with traditional adhesive tape.The compression effect,sandbag slippage rate,comfort,sleep quality and average nursing time of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of hematoma or hemorrhage and the rate of sandbag slippage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 24 hours after pacemaker implantation operation,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average nursing time of the observation group was(4.41±0.35)min,which was significantly shorter than(6.41±0.45)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made sandbag fixator has the obvious function of preventing sandbag from slipping,it can play the better effect of compression hemostasis with sandbag,and obviously increase the comfort and sleep quality of patients,and also greatly shorten the working time of nurses,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
