| 摘 要： | 目的研究关节超声在急性痛风性关节炎诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2016年5月至2018年12月本院接诊的50例急性痛风性关节炎患者为研究组,并将医院同期接诊的50例非急性痛风性关节炎患者设为对照组。两组给予关节超声检查,比较两组的超声表现。结果研究组关节内或者周围结节和双轨征比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者足趾关节和膝关节的双轨征阳性检出率高于腕关节与手关节(P<0.05)。结论于急性痛风性关节炎中合理运用关节超声检查法,可为疾病的鉴别诊断提供重要指导,建议临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application value of joint ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute gouty arthritis.Methods Fifty patients with acute gouty arthritis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were selected as study group,and 50 patients with non-acute gouty arthritis treated in our hospital at the same time were set as control group.The two groups were given joint ultrasound examination,and the ultrasound findings of the two groups were compared.Results The proportions of intraarticular or peripheral nodule and double track sign in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the positive detection rates of double track sign of toe joint and knee joint were higher than those of wrist joint and hand joint(P<0.05).Conclusion In acute gouty arthritis,the reasonable use of joint ultrasound examination can provide important guidance for the differential diagnosis of the disease,and it is recommended to promote the clinical application. |
