鼻内镜联合泪前隐窝入路治疗难治性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果

目的观察鼻内镜联合泪前隐窝入路治疗难治性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选取我院70例难治性鼻-鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组给予鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组给予鼻内镜联合泪前隐窝入路手术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前、后临床症状评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的鼻塞、流涕、头沉重感及嗅觉减退评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的鼻塞、流涕、头沉重感及嗅觉减退评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜联合泪前隐窝入路手术治疗难治性鼻-鼻窦炎可显著改善患者的临床症状,提高疗效。

Clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery and anterior lacrimal recess approach in the treatment of refractory rhinosinusitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery and anterior lacrimal recess approach in the treatment of refractory rhinosinusitis.Methods Seventy patients with refractory rhinosinusitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given nasal endoscopic surgery,and the observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery and anterior lacrimal recess approach.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose,heavy headed feeling and hyposmia(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose,heavy headed feeling and hyposmia in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery and anterior lacrimal recess approach can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with refractory rhinosinusitis,and enhance the efficacy.
