| 摘 要： | 本文报道了1例Hartmann术后肛周复发手术切口严重感染患者的护理情况。护理要点:在湿性换药理论指导下,彻底清创,控制感染,管理渗液;保护伤口周围皮肤,缓解疼痛,保持舒适;疏解不良情绪,帮助患者重建自信,加强对患者的健康宣教等。电话随访4周,患者切口完全愈合。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the nursing of 1 patient with severe perianal incision infection after Hartmann surgery.Key points of nursing:under the guidance of the theory of wet dressing change,thoroughly clear the wound,control the infection,manage the exudate;protect the skin around the wound,relieve the pain,keep the comfort;relieve the bad emotions,help the patient rebuild self-confidence,strengthen the health education for the patient.The patient was followed up by telephone for 4 weeks,and the incision was completely healed. |
