坦索罗辛在输尿管结石排石中的应用效果

目的探讨坦索罗辛在输尿管结石排石中的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月至2018年12月在我院住院的88例单侧输尿管结石患者,按结石部位及治疗方法的不同将患者分为输尿管上段结石对照组(A组)、输尿管上段结石坦索罗辛治疗组(B组)、输尿管中下段结石对照组(C组)、输尿管中下段结石坦索罗辛治疗组(D组),每组22例。比较各组患者的输尿管结石排出率、镇痛药物使用率和排石时间。结果治疗后,D组患者的结石排出率均高于A、B、C组(P<0.05);D组患者的镇痛药物使用率低于A、B、C组(P<0.05);D组患者的排石时间短于A、B、C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坦索罗辛可显著促进输尿管中下段结石排出,降低镇痛药物使用率,而对于输尿管上段结石作用有限,可作为输尿管中下段结石的重要排石药物。

Application effect of tamsulosin in stone removal of ureteral calculi

Objective To explore the application effect of tamsulosin in stone removal of ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 88 patients with unilateral ureteral calculus hospitalized in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were selected,the patients were divided into upper ureteral calculi control group(group A),upper ureteral calculi tamsulosin treatment group(group B),middle and lower ureteral calculi control group(group C),middle and lower ureteral calculi tamsulosin treatment group(group D)according to different calculi parts and treatment methods,with 22 cases in each group.The rate of ureteral stone excretion,the use rate of analgesic drug and the time of stone removal in each group were compared.Results After treatment,the stone excretion rate of the group D was higher than that of the group A,B and C(P<0.05);the analgesic drug use rate of the group D was lower than that of the group A,B and C(P<0.05);the time of stone removal of the group D was shorter than that of the group A,B and C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tamsulosin can significantly promote the excretion of middle and lower ureteral calculi and reduce the use rate of analgesic drug.However,it has limited effect on upper ureteral calculi,and can be used as an important stone removing drug for middle and lower ureteral calculi.
