白内障超声乳化术中前囊膜抛光预防患者后囊膜混浊的效果

目的研究白内障超声乳化术中前囊膜抛光预防患者后囊膜混浊的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年12月于我院行白内障超声乳化术中前囊膜抛光治疗的68例患者(78只眼)为研究对象,将其设为抛光组;选择同时期不实施前囊膜抛光治疗的62例患者(76只眼)为对照组。比较两组患者术后6、12个月的后囊膜混浊发生率及术后1、6、12个月的视力分布情况。结果术后6、12个月,抛光组的后囊膜混浊总发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、6、12个月,两组视力分布情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对白内障患者行白内障超声乳化术治疗的过程中实施前囊膜抛光可以有效降低术后后囊膜浑浊的发生率,改善患者的视力。

Effect of anterior capsular polishing during phacoemulsification in preventing posterior capsular opacification of patients

Objective To study the effect of anterior capsular polishing during phacoemulsification in preventing posterior capsular opacification of patients.Methods From October 2017 to December 2019,68 patients(78 eyes)who were treated in our hospital by anterior capsular polishing during phacoemulsification were selected as the study objects,and the patients were set as polishing group;62 patients(76 eyes)who did not perform anterior capsule polishing in the same period were selected as control group.The incidence of posterior capsular opacification at 6,12 months after operation and the visual distribution at 1,6,12 months after operation between the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of posterior capsular opacification at 6,12 months after operationin in the polishing group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the visual distribution at 1,6,12 months after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the course of phacoemulsification for cataract patients,the anterior capsule polishing can effectively reduce the incidence of posterior capsular opacification and improve the visual acuity of patients.
