活血补髓汤对股骨头缺血性坏死患者综合疗效的影响

目的探讨活血补髓汤对股骨头缺血性坏死患者综合疗效的影响。方法分层抽样法选取2018年4月至2019年4月本院104例股骨头缺血性坏死患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各52例。对照组采用髓芯减压术治疗,研究组在髓芯减压术同时应用活血补髓汤。比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,研究组BGP、IGF-1水平高于对照组,TC水平、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组髋关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中医症状改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在股骨头缺血性坏死治疗中应用活血补髓汤可改善骨代谢、脂代谢及血液流变学,获得较好综合疗效。

Effect of Huoxue Busui decoction on the comprehensive efficacy of patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head

Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Busui decoction on the comprehensive efficacy of patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods Stratified sampling method was used to select 104 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with core decompression, while the study group was treated with core decompression with Huoxue Busui decoction. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the levels of BGP and IGF-1 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while TC level, plasma viscosity, whole blood low sectionality viscosity and whole blood high sectionality viscosity were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The excellent rate of hip joint function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Huoxue Busui decoction in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head can improve bone metabolism, lipid metabolism and hemorheology, and obtain better comprehensive efficicy.
