健康教育联合中医护理对高血压合并心绞痛患者生活方式的影响

目的探讨健康教育联合中医护理对高血压合并心绞痛患者生活方式的影响。方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的200例高血压合并心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组(100例,健康教育+中医护理)和对照组(100例,传统护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预4周后,两组的舒张压和收缩压均降低,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的总依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的自我监测血压率、正确用药、坚持锻炼、科学饮食占比均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合中医护理对高血压合并心绞痛患者的效果显著,可有效降低患者血压,提高治疗依从性,督促患者养成健康、良好的生活方式。

Effect of health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on lifestyle of patients with hypertension and angina pectoris

Objective To analyze the influence of health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on lifestyle of patients with hypertension and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 200 patients with hypertension and angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(100 cases,health education+traditional Chinese medicine nursing)and control group(100 cases,traditional nursing).The nuring effects between the two group were compared.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of self-monitoring blood pressure,correct medication,persisting in exercise and scientific diet in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with hypertension and angina pectoris has a significant effect,it can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients,improve the treatment compliance,and urge patients to develop a healthy and good lifestyle.
