前牙美容修复患者采用新型超薄全瓷贴面的效果

目的探讨新型超薄全瓷贴面在前牙美容修复患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2015年10月至2016年5月于我院就诊的40例前牙美容修复患者(126颗患牙)为研究对象,根据修复方案的不同将其分为观察组与对照组,各20例(63颗患牙)。观察组给予新型超薄全瓷贴面,对照组给予常规烤瓷贴面。比较两组修复效果。结果观察组修复美学效果满意度评分及舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者修复前HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后半年、1、3年,两组患者修复总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复后3年,观察组患者PI、GI及PD值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后3年,两组患者生理功能、情感职能及社会功能评分均较修复前升高(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前牙美容修复采取新型超薄全瓷贴面和常规烤瓷贴面均可获得良好的效果,改善患者的生活质量,但新型超薄全瓷贴面可以获得更好的修复美学效果满意度及舒适度,同时可以减轻修复前焦虑情绪,维持良好的牙周情况。

Effect of new ultra-thin all-ceramic veneer on the patients with anteriorteeth cosmetic restoration

Objective To explore the application effect of new ultra-thin all-ceramic veneer in patients with anteriorteeth cosmetic restoration.Methods According to the convenient sampling method,40 patients(126 affected teeth)treated in our hospital from October 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects.According to the different restoration schemes,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 20 patients(63 affected teeth)in each group.The observation group was given new ultra-thin all-ceramic veneer,and the control group was given conventional porcelain veneer.The repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction score of aesthetic effect of restoration and comfort score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the HAMA score before restoration of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Six months,one and three years after restoration,there were no significant differences in total effective rates of restoration between the two groups(P>0.05).Three years after restoration,the PI,GI and PD value in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three years after restoration,the scores of physiological function,emotional function and social function in the two groups were higher than those before repair(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The new ultra-thin all-ceramic veneer and conventional porcelain veneer can achieve good results and improve the quality of life of patients with anteriorteeth cosmetic restoration,but the new ultra-thin all-ceramic veneer can obtain better satisfaction and comfort of the aesthetic effect of the restoration,reduce the anxiety before the restoration and maintain a good periodontal condition at the same time.
