中医护理在绝经期乳腺癌根治术后疲劳综合征中的应用效果

目的探讨中医护理在绝经期乳腺癌根治术后疲劳综合征(POFS)中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月我院收治的70例绝经期乳腺癌根治术患者为研究对象,按照不同住院时间分为对照组和试验组,各组35例。对照组行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用中医护理。比较两组患者术后不同时间的疲劳评分、睡眠质量评分及抑郁评分。结果护理后,两组患者的疲劳评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的睡眠质量评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的抑郁评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理在绝经期乳腺癌根治术患者POFS中的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者睡眠质量,利于患者术后早期康复,有良好的应用价值。

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with postoperative fatigue syndrome of radical mastectomy during the menopause period

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with postoperative fatigue syndrome(POFS)of radical mastectomy during the menopause period.Methods Seventy patients undergoing radical mastectomy during the menopause period from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as study objects and divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of fatigue,sleep quality and depression in the different time after operation between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fatigue scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the depression scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients undergoing radical mastectomy during the menopause period has significant effect,it can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,is conducive to the early recovery of patients after surgery,and has good application value.
