细节管理模式在肺结核患者护理中的应用效果

目的研究细节管理模式在肺结核患者护理中的应用效果。方法从2018年1月至2018年12月本院接收的肺结核患者中随机择取88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组予以常规护理模式,观察组采取细节管理模式。比较两组的咯血量、病灶吸收情况、护理依从性急生活质量评分。结果观察组患者咯血量少于对照组,病灶吸收总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组饮食、用药、复查的依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的生活质量各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核患者的护理中实施细节管理模式有助于临床疗效以及依从性的提高,可提升患者的生活质量。

Application effect of detail management mode in the nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To study the application effect of detail management mode in the nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,88 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis received from the hospital were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given detail management mode.The hemoptysis volume,focus absorption,nursing compliance and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The hemoptysis volume of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of focus absorption was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance scores of diet,medication and reexamination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the detail management model in the nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy and compliance,and the quality of life of patients.
