协同护理在产后腰背疼患者中的应用效果

目的探讨协同护理在产后腰背疼患者中的应用效果。方法将本院2018年12月至2019年5月收治的84例产后腰背疼患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。两组均采用艾灸结合理疗法。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用协同护理。比较两组的治疗依从性、干预前、后的腰背疼程度、焦虑及生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组治疗依从良好患者占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组腰背疼VAS评分均较干预前显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组SAS评分均显著降低,SF-36评分均显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理可有效提高产后腰背疼患者的治疗依从性,缓解其腰背疼与焦虑情绪,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。

Application effect of cooperative nursing on patients with postpartum low back pain

Objective To explore the application effect of cooperative nursing on patients with postpartum low back pain.Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with postpartum low back pain admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with moxibustion combined with physiotherapy.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cooperative nursing.The treatment compliance,scores of low back pain,anxiety and quality of life before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of patients with good compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS score of low back pain in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS score of the two groups decreased significantly,SF-36 score improved significantly,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cooperative nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with postpartum low back pain,relieve low back pain and anxiety,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
