卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔球囊填塞治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔球囊填塞治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法选取本院2017年2月至2019年2月收治的98例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各49例。对照组采用子宫肌壁注射卡前列素氨丁三醇,试验组在此基础上加用宫腔球囊填塞。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。试验组术后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组,止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组恶露持续时间、住院时间均短于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔球囊填塞治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血,可取得较好的临床效果,可减少出血量,缩短止血时间、恶露持续时间及住院时间,且不良反应少。

Effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with intrauterine balloon packing on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa

Objective To investigate the effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with intrauterine balloon packing on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,98 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was injected with carboprost tromethamine into myometrium,and the experimental group was given intrauterine balloon packing on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 85.71%in the control group(P<0.05).The bleeding volume at postoperative 2 and 24 hours in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the hemostasis time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of lochia and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of carboprost tromethamine and intrauterine balloon packing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa can achieve better clinical effect,reduce the bleeding volume,shorten the hemostasis time,duration of lochia and hospitalization time,with fewer adverse reactions.
