氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦治疗冠心病合并高血压的临床效果

目的研究氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦治疗冠心病合并高血压的临床效果。方法将120例冠心病合并高血压患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组单纯采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组采用氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的舒张压、收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的心率慢于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NT-ProBNP、颈动脉内膜中层厚度以及PV均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用氨氯地平联合坎地沙坦治疗冠心病合并高血压,能够有效改善患者的血压、血脂水平以及心室重构,有利于心功能恢复。

Clinical effect of amlodipine combined with candesartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension

Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with candesartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine alone,while the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with candesartan.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate of the observation group was slower than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NT-ProBNP,carotid intima media thickness and PV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with candesartan in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension can effectively improve the blood pressure,lipid levels and ventricular remodeling,which is conducive to the recovery of cardiac function.
