医护一体化快速康复理念在结直肠癌患者护理中的应用效果

目的探讨医护一体化快速康复理念在结直肠癌患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月在我院行手术的95例结直肠癌患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(48例)和研究组(47例)。对照组采用常规方法对患者进行围术期的护理,研究组采用医护一体化快速康复理念对患者进行围术期的护理。比较两组焦虑、抑郁程度、术后疼痛程度、首次排气时间、首次进食时间、首次下床时间、住院天数。结果术前1 d、出院前1 d,对照组SAS、SDS评分均明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。术后第1、3、5天,对照组疼痛评分明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。研究组术后首次排气时间、首次进食时间、首次下床时间、住院天数均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化快速康复理念可降低结直肠癌患者术后焦虑抑郁、疼痛程度,缩短首次排气时间、首次进食时间、首次下床时间及住院天数,值得在临床进一步推广和应用。

Application effect of the integration of medical care based on fast recovery concept in the nursing of colorectal cancer patients

Objective To explore the application effect of the integration of medical care based on fast recovery concept in the nursing of colorectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 95 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(47 cases).The control group was given perioperative nursing by conventional methods,and the study group was given perioperative nursing by the integration of medical care based on fast recovery concept.The degree of anxiety,depression,postoperative pain,the time of first exhaust,the time of first eating,the time of first getting out of bed and the days of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 day before operation and 1 day before discharge,the scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group(P<0.05).On the 1 st,3 rd and 5 th day after operation,the pain score in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group(P<0.05).The time of first exhaust,the time of first eating,the time of first getting out of bed and days of hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of medical care based on fast recovery concept can reduce the degree of anxiety,depression and pain of colorectal cancer patients after operation,shorten the time of first exhaust,the time of first eating,the time of first getting out of bed and days of hospitalization,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical.
