电针复合全身麻醉用于甲状腺手术的麻醉效果

目的探讨电针复合全身麻醉用于甲状腺手术的麻醉效果。方法选取于我院进行甲状腺手术的72例患者为研究对象,按照麻醉方式的不同将其分为对照组(全身麻醉)与观察组(电针复合全身麻醉),每组36例。比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果T1、T2时,两组MAP、HR均较T0时升高,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼及镇痛泵用量少于对照组,麻醉优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组患者的Cor、C-P、CRP及E水平均升高,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺手术选择电针复合全身麻醉效果显著,可促进患者血流动力学稳定,减轻机体应激反应,减少丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼及术后镇痛泵用量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Anesthesia effect of electroacupuncture combined with general anesthesia in thyroid surgery

Objective To explore the anesthesia effect of electroacupuncture combined with general anesthesia in thyroid surgery.Methods Seventy-two patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the different anesthesia methods,the patients were divided into control group(general anesthesia)and observation group(electroacupuncture combined with general anesthesia),with 36 cases in each group.The anesthesia effects of the two groups were compared.Results At T1 and T2,MAP and HR of the two groups were higher than those at T0,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The dosage of propofol,remifentanil and analgesia pump in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the excellent and good rate of anesthesia was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of Cor,C-P,CRP and E in the two groups increased,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with general anesthesia for thyroid surgery has significant effect.It can promote the hemodynamic stability of patients,reduce the stress response of the body,the dosage of propofol,remifentanil and postoperative analgesia pump,which is worthy of clinical application.
