分组护理管理在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者中的应用效果

目的探究分组护理管理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果。方法将2017年5月至2019年3月经腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的100例胆囊结石患者通过信封随机化法分为试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。试验组实施分组护理管理,对照组实施常规护理管理,比较两组的护理质量、术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况、疼痛水平以及生活质量状况。结果试验组护理质量各项评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率为14.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。试验组术后3 d的VAS评分为(2.04±0.71)分,低于对照组的(3.58±1.02)分(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的生理评分、心理评分、环境评分以及总分均高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔将胆囊切除术患者接受分组护理管理,可获得较好的护理效果,控制并发症的发生,缩短术后康复时间,提高生活质量,值得应用。

Application effect of group nursing management in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the application effect of group nursing management in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with cholecystolithiasis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy from May 2017 to March 2019 were divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by envelope randomization method.The experimental group implemented group nursing management,and the control group used routine nursing management.The nursing quality,postoperative recovery,complications,pain level and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing quality and total score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative exhaust time,times of getting out of bed and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 14.00%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score in the experimental group was(2.04±0.71)point on the third day after operation,which was lower than(3.58±1.02)point in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological score,psychological score,environmental score and total score in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After group nursing management,patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomycan can obtain better nursing effect,control the occurrence of complications,shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of application.
