经腹彩超和经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的临床应用价值及有效性

目的比较经腹彩超(TAS)与经阴道超声(TVS)诊断异位妊娠的临床应用价值及有效性。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的120例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,均行TAS扫查与TVS扫查。以病理诊断结果为检验金标准,比较两种超声扫查方法的诊断准确率。结果TAS扫查诊断准确率为74.17%,显著低于TVS扫查的90.83%(P<0.05)。TVS扫查对宫外混合性团块、宫外孕囊影、孕囊影中胚芽检出率高于TAS扫查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种超声扫查方法对胎心检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于TAS扫查,TVS扫查可更有效地诊断早期异位妊娠,同时,TAS扫查仍是异位妊娠诊断中的一个重要的辅助检查方法。

Clinical application value and effectiveness of transabdominal color sonography and transvaginal sonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To compare the clinical application value and effectiveness of transabdominal color sonography(TAS)and transvaginal sonography(TVS)in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,120 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and all of them were scanned by TAS and TVS.Taking pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy of the two scanning methods was compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of TAS scan was 74.17%,which was significantly lower than 90.83%of TVS scan(P<0.05).The detection rates of mixed masses,ectopic gestational sac shadow,embryo in gestational sac shadow by TVS scan were higher than those by TAS scan,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the detection rate of fetal heart between the two ultrasonic scanning methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with TAS scan,TVS scan is more effective in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.At the same time,TAS scan is still an important auxiliary examination method in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
