摘    要:目的分析复温后不同保存时间库存红细胞的质量及血液指标的变化情况。方法以2016年1月至2018年12月库存的400袋悬浮红细胞作为本次的主要研究对象,将其放置在37℃循环水浴箱内10 min进行复温,根据复温后不同保存时间将其分为四组,分别为a组(复温后即刻,100袋)、b组(复温后3 h,100袋)、c组(复温后6 h,100袋)和d组(复温后12 h,100袋)。比较四组的有效携氧量(Q值)、氧亲和力(P50)、游离血红蛋白、2,3-二磷酸甘油酸(2,3-DPG)、葡萄糖水平。结果a、b组的Q值、P50、2,3-DPG、葡萄糖水平均显著高于c、d组,游离血红蛋白水平均显著低于c、d组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复温后以及复温后保存3 h的血液质量及血液相关指标无显著改变,为了保证输血安全,应在复温后3 h内输注完毕。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the changes of quality and blood indexes of inventory red blood cells at different storage time after rewarming.Methods A total of 400 bags inventory suspended red blood cells from January 2016 to December 2018 were as this main research objects and placed in 37℃circulating water bath 10 min to rewarm,according to the different preservation times after rewarming,the red blood cells were divided into four groups,group a(immediately after rewarming,100 bags),group b(3 h after rewarming,100 bags),group c(6 h after rewarming,100 bags)and group d(12 h after rewarming,100 bags).The effective oxygen carrying capacity(Q value),oxygen affinity(P50),free hemoglobin,2,3-diphosphoglycerate(2,3-DPG)and glucose levels of the four groups were compared.Results The Q value,P50,2,3-DPG and glucose levels of the group a and b were all significantly higher than those of the group c and the group d,while the free hemoglobin levels were all significantly lower than those of the group c and the group d,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are no significant changes in blood quality and blood-related indexes after rewarming and store for 3 h after rewarming.In order to ensure the safety of blood transfusion,infusion should be completed within 3 h after rewarming.
