针灸联合活血通络汤治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临床效果

目的探究针灸结合活血通络汤治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月我院收治的80例脑卒中伴认知功能障碍患者,随机将其分为对照组(40例,活血通络汤治疗)和观察组(40例,针灸结合活血通络汤治疗)。比较两组神经营养因子水平、血清炎性因子水平、认知功能评分和日常生活能力评分。结果治疗后,两组患者NGF、BDNF、GDNF水平均明显升高,IL-6、TNF-α、MMP-9水平均明显降低,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MoCA、LOTCA及MBI评分均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合活血通络汤治疗脑卒中患者认知功能障碍的效果显著,可有效改善患者的认知能力,提高其日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Huoxue Tongluo decoction on cognitive dysfunction after cerebral apoplexy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cerebral apoplexy.Methods Eighty patients with cerebral apoplexy and cognitive dysfunction admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,treated with Huoxue Tongluo decoction)and observation group(40 cases,treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Huoxue Tongluo decoction).The levels of neurotrophic factors,serum inflammatory factors,the scores of cognitive function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of NGF,BDNF and GDNF in both groups increased significantly,while the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand MMP-9 in both groups decreased significantly,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MoCA,LOTCA and MBI in both groups increased significantly,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Huoxue Tongluo decoction has a remarkable effect in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction of patients with cerebral apoplexy.It can effectively improve cognitive ability and ability of daily living life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
