一体化护理模式在冠心病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用价值

目的分析一体化护理模式在冠心病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月接收的134例冠心病合并心衰患者,根据随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=67,常规护理)和研究组(n=67,一体化护理)。比较两组干预后遵医行为、生存质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组患者遵医行为明显优于对照组,生存质量和护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并心衰患者行一体化护理模式干预可有效提高患者遵医行为及护理满意度,改善患者生存质量,临床应用价值显著。

Application value of integrated nursing mode in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure

Objective To analyze the application value of integrated nursing mode in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 134 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into control group(n=67,routine nursing)and study group(n=67,integrated nursing).The compliance behavior,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the compliance behavior of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of integrated nursing mode in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can effectively improve the patient's compliance behavior,nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and the clinical application value is significant.
