右美托咪定复合丙泊酚麻醉在老年高血压患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果

目的观察右美托咪定复合丙泊酚麻醉在老年高血压患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析在我科室行无痛胃镜检查的92例老年高血压患者的资料,根据麻醉方式将其分为观察组(右美托咪定+丙泊酚)与对照组(丙泊酚),各46例。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果观察组生命体征较对照组平稳。观察组的清醒时间、丙泊酚用量、检查中的BIS值、苏醒后MoCA评分及不良反应总发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合丙泊酚麻醉应用于老年高血压患者无痛胃镜检查中能有效维持生命体征稳定,减少不良反应及认知功能障碍。

Application effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol anesthesia in painless gastroscopy of elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To observe the application effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol anesthesia on painless gastroscopy of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods The data of 92 elderly hypertensive patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our department were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group(dexmedetomidine+propofol)and control group(propofol)according to anesthesia method,with 46 cases in each group.The anesthetic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The vital signs of the observation group were stable compared with the control group.The awake time,propofol dosage,the BIS value in the examination,the MoCA score after awakening and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with propofol anesthesia can effectively maintain vital signs stable,reduce adverse reactions and cognitive dysfunction in painless gastroscopy of elderly patients with hypertension.
