个体化营养护理对妊娠期糖尿病并发妊娠期高血压患者的干预效果

目的探讨个体化营养护理对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)并发妊娠期高血压(PHD)患者的干预效果。方法抽取本院收治的240例GDM并发PHD患者,采用Excel随机函数法分为参照组(120例,常规护理)和干预组(120例,个体化营养护理)。比较两组患者的体质量、血糖、血压和妊娠结局。结果干预组孕期体质量增加幅度小于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的FPG、2 h PG、SBP、DBP均降低,且干预组明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预组的早产率、剖宫产率、难产率、新生儿窒息率均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养护理能将GDM并发PHD患者血糖和血压维持在稳定状态,并可减少患者的不良分娩结局,有利于保证母婴健康。

Intervention effect of individualized nutritional nursing for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy hypertension disease

Objective To explore the intervention effect of individualized nutritional nursing for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)complicated with pregnancy hypertension disease(PHD).Methods A total of 240 GDM complicated with PHD patients in our hospital were selected and divided into reference group(120 cases,routine nursing)and intervention group(120 cases,individualized nutrition nursing)by Excel random function method.The body weight,blood glucose,blood pressure and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The increase of body weight in the intervention group during pregnancy was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,FPG,2 h PG,SBP and DBP in the two groups decreased,and those in the intervention group were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The preterm delivery rate,cesarean section rate,dystocia rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutritional nursing can keep the blood glucose and blood pressure of GDM complicated with PHD patients in a stable state,reduce the adverse delivery outcome of patients,and ensure the health of mothers and infants.
