| 摘 要： | 目的 建立Balb/c小鼠单纯心理应激模型及其评价体系,观察单纯心理应激对机体内分泌免疫功能的影响.方法 采用旁观电击实验建立心理应激模型,20只Balb/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组10只和心理应激组10只,另外准备10只小鼠仅接受足部电击,作为应激源,不进入实验处理.记录并分析正常对照组和心理应激组小鼠行为学指标,检测血清皮质酮水平,血清IL-2、IL-4含量,评价Balb/c小鼠单纯心理应激模型.结果 心理应激组小鼠旷场试验指标、血清IL-2水平较对照组有显著降低(P＜0.05);血清皮质酮、IL-4水平较对照组有显著增高(P＜0.05).结论单纯心理应激小鼠模型建立成功,该心理应激模型能激活下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,抑制小鼠的细胞免疫功能.
