摘    要:目的:研究舒心胶囊原料药提取挥发油后的最佳水提工艺条件.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用70%甲醇回流提取制样用作阿魏酸含量测定的方法学考察;采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以阿魏酸含量和浸膏收得率为指标,对舒心胶囊原料药的水提工艺进行优选.结果:舒心胶囊原料药中阿魏酸含量为0.0701.影响提取的主次因素为:提取次数>加水量>提取时间;优选得到的最佳提取条件为:加6倍量水提取3次,每次提取0.5 h.结论:该工艺稳定,重复性好,适合于舒心胶囊原料药提取挥发油后药渣的水提条件.

Abstract:Objective: To determine extracting process with water of Shuxin Capsule stuff after the extracting of volatile oil.Methods: The measurement method of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC using samples refluxed with 70% methanol.The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by orthogonal design using the extract weight and the content of ferulic acid as two indexes.Results: The content of ferulic acid in the raw materials of Shuxin Capsule was 0.070%.The factors influencing the effect in decreasing orde...
