2005-2006年大邑县法定传染病监测

目的掌握大邑县传染病发病动态,为制定防治策略和措施提供依据。方法通过《疾病监测信息报告系统》收集、整理、分析资料。结果2005-2006年大邑县传染病年均总发病率206.61/10万,总死亡率0.39/10万,总病死率0.19%。乙类传染病发病前5位的依次是肺结核、病毒性肝炎、痢疾、淋病、梅毒。结论今后一段时期防治工作应当加强肺结核、痢疾、狂犬病、流行性腮腺炎等多发病、重点疾病的预防控制,并加强对学生、农民、学校等重点职业和场所的传染病防治。

Surveillance on Notifiable Disease in Dayi County During 2005 -2006

Objective To get an insight into the epidemic dynamics of infectious disease in Dayi County,so as to provide a scientific basis for adopting appropriate measures to prevent and conrol the infectious disease.Method The data were collected,stored and analyzed through"Diseases Reporting Information System".Results The annual incidence of infectious disease was 206.61/105,mortality rate was 0.39/105,and fatality rate was 0.19% during 2005-2006.The pulmonary tuberculosis,viral hepatitis,desentery,gonorrhea,syphilis constituted the top 5 infectious diseases in terms of incidence.Conclusion To prevent and control pulmonary tuberculosis,desentery,rabies,mumps etc.among students,peasants should be strengthened for a long time to come.
