3种铸造桩核冠修复后牙的临床疗效观察

目的比较整体铸造、分瓣铸造和插销式铸造桩核冠修复后牙严重牙体缺损的临床效果。方法选择180例患者的193颗后牙残冠、残根,在修复前行完善的根管治疗,其中87颗采用整体铸造桩核冠,56颗采用分瓣铸造桩核冠,50颗采用插销式铸造桩核冠的方法修复后牙严重牙体缺损。通过对修复后2年的复查结果进行临床效果评价。结果3组铸造桩核冠修复的临床效果无显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论整体铸造、分瓣铸造和插销式铸造桩核冠用于修复后牙严重牙体缺损均可取得良好的临床效果。

Clinical effects of defected posterior teeth restored by 3 cast post-cores

Objective To compare the clinical effects of seriously defected posterior teeth restored with the whole cast,segmental cast and bolt-like cast post-core crowns.Methods 193 residual crowns and roots within 180 cases who received perfectly root canal treatment before being restored.87 of them adopted the whole cast post-core crowns,56 adopted segmental cast post-core crowns,50 adopted bolt-like cast post-core crowns to restore seriously defected posterior teeth.We evaluated the clinical effects of the restoration after two years.Results The three groups' cast post-core crowns had no significant difference in the clinical effects of the restoration(P>0.01).Conclusion The whole cast,segmental cast and bolt-like cast post-core crowns which restore seriously defected posterior teeth all lead to good clinical results.
