The Application of Medical Multidiseiplinary Rounds Model in Surgical Case Rounds

Objective： To discuss the application of multidisciplinary rounds model in surgical case rounds. Method： Medical multidisciplinary rounds model was established and implemented. Results： The medical multidisciplinary rounds model improved the ward round form and content, the efficiency of case rounds, and the professional skills of nurses. Professional contacts and cooperation between doctors and nurses became much closer. Conclusion： The implement of medical multidisciplinary rounds model is worthy to be carried out in the process of holistic nursing and personal care, and could play a positive role in training nurses＇ professional ability.
