摘    要:总结应用多种新型护理教学查房模式进行临床带教的效果与体会。结合典型案例,开展案例教学法联合以问题为导向的护理查房、多科室联合护理查房、循证护理查房等多种查房形式进行演示和教学。丰富了护理查房的内容,提高了查房的内涵和质量。开展多种模式的护理教学查房,可激发专科护士的学习兴趣,提高其主观能动性和团队合作能力,促进其建立批判性思维,提高专科护士的综合素质,达到预期的教学效果与目标。

The application of multi-mode teaching rounds for nurse specialists

Abstract:To summarize the effects and the experiences of applying new modes of nursing teaching rounds. Using typical cases, we undertook case-based learning and problem-based learning, multi-department ward rounds and evidence-based nursing rounds for demonstration and teaching. This method enriched the contents and improved the quality of nursing teaching rounds. Applying new modes of nursing teaching rounds could promote nurse specialists' interests, improve their subjective initiatives, and inspire their enthusiasm for active learning, team-work and critical thinking. It's also helpful to improve the overall quality of students and attain teaching objectives.
