摘 要: | 目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定碧玉珠中人参皂苷Rg1的含量。方法:HPLC法采用Merck C18(5μm,150×4.6mm)柱,以乙腈-水(19:81)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,柱温为20℃,检测波长为203 nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在0.1842~3.6840μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为101.30%。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于碧玉珠的质量控制。

Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determine ginsenoside Rgl in Biyuzhu Capsule. Methods The HPLC was applied with the condition as follows: column: MerckMerck C18(5μm,150×4.6mm), mobile phase: ACN -H20 (19:81 ) . flow speed: 1.0 ml · min^-1, the column temperature was 20℃, detection: 203 nm. Results The linear range of ginsenoside Rgl was 0. 1842 -3. 6840μg, r =0. 9998. The average recovery of ginsenoside Rgl was 101.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and specific, it can be used for quality control of Bivuzhu CaPsule. |
