早期乳腺癌保乳手术治疗的临床疗效分析

目的探讨早期乳腺癌通过保乳手术与改良根治术治疗的临床疗效及生活质量比较。方法选取2007年2月至2008年2月住院治疗的85例早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(保乳手术组)44例和对照组(改良根治术组)41例。术后随访5年,对比两组患者手术后近远期临床疗效、乳房美容效果及患者生活质量情况。结果治疗组的手术后临床疗效在切开长度、手术时间及并发症方面优于对照组,但在复发率上差异无统计学意义;两组患者乳房美容效果对比,治疗组明显优于对照组,具有显著性统计学差异;术后治疗组患者在生活质量方面明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论保乳手术对早期乳腺癌患者临床疗效及生活质量方面的效果都优于改良根治术,值得我们临床广泛推广。

Conclusion The keep breast surgery clinical curative effect and quality of life in patients with early breast cancer were superior to the effect of modified radical, is worth clinical popularizing widely.
