| Abstract: | Optimizing the structure of nursing staff team and enhancing the level of specialization in elderly service agencies is of great signiifcance to promote the construction of social pension service system in our country and to cope with aging population problems effectively. This article aims to further promote the construction of nursing staff team in elderly service agencies through analyzing the present situation and problems of nursing staff and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
