临床医护人员手卫生依从性调查分析

目的：调查临床医护人员手卫生依从性并进行分析。方法：分别采用行为观察法及问卷调查法对6个病房的84名临床医护人员手卫生行为进行调查，比较医护人员手卫生依从性状况及其相关性。结果：共观察192h，涵盖1386个需要进行手卫生的医疗护理操作，手卫生执行次数709次，执行率为51.15%。医护人员自我报告的手卫生行为与观察到的实际行为差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且两者之间没有相关性（P〉0.05）。结论：临床医护人员手卫生状况较差，自我报告行为与观察到的实际行为不具相关性，对手卫生的研究不能单纯以问卷调查的形式进行，对临床医护人员手卫生依从性培训的效果评价建议以实际观察到的行为改变为准。

The investigation on hand hygiene compliance of clinical medical staff

Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical medical staff＆#39;s hand hygiene compliance. Methods：The behavior observation and questionnaire survey were used to investigate the hand hygiene behaviors of 84 clinical medical staff from six wards and compare medical staff hand hygiene compliance status and its correlation. Results：For the 192 hours＆#39; observation, covering 1386 operations that need to hand health care, hand hygiene execution times were 709 times, and the execution rate was 51.15%. The self-reported medical staff hand hygiene behavior and the observed actual behavior was statistically signiifcant different （P〈0.05）, and there is no correlation between them （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The hand hygiene of clinical medical staff is poorer, and the self-reported behavior and the observed actual behavior are not related. For clinical medical staff hand hygiene compliance training effect evaluation, it is suggested to be based on the observed behavior change.
