外伤性白内障Ⅱ期人工晶体植入

目的　探讨外伤性白内障Ⅱ期植入人工晶体的不同手术方式。方法　用粘弹剂的软器械作用分开广泛虹膜粘连 ,充分利用残存的机化膜作人工晶体支架 ,直接植入或单襻缝线固定晶体。结果　 16例顺利地植入后房型人工晶体 ,并获得视力提高。结论　Ⅱ期人工晶体植入用粘连弹剂分离是关键。保留机化膜作人工晶体支架既简化手术过程 ,又获得稳定的手术效果。

Secondary Posterior Intraocular Lens Implantation in Traumatic Cataract

Objective To study different methods of implanting posterior intraocular lens in traumatic cataract. Methods Viscoelastic materials were used to finish synechialysis and the remaining membrane may be utilized as a support to lens. Suture fixation is needed only in the absence of sufficient membrane support.Resuluts 16 patients were treated successfully with improved vision found in all the cases. Conclusion Serious synechia and membrane will make a difficult lens implantation. The utility of the remaining membrane as a support to the lens after synechialysis with viscoelastic materials is conducive to a successful operation.
