| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿无着状性生早搏（ＶＰＣ）的昼夜变化规律与自主神经功能状态的关系及其临床意义。方法：对３０例无症状ＶＰＣ患儿进行２４小时动态心电图（ＤＣＧ）监测，自主神经功能及心位检查。结果：１３／３０例（４３％）为日间型ＶＰＣ，１０／３０（３０％）为夜间型ＶＰＣ。１３例日间型中，１２例属交感性ＶＰＣ，１０例夜间型均属断走性ＶＰＣ。日型ＶＰＣ频率与主率呈正相关（ｒ＝０．６７，Ｐ〈０．０５），夜间型ＶＰ
