大肢体离断再植的护理

2(X)1年6月至2田5年4月，我们收治了7例大肢体完全性离 断的患者，经断肢再植6例获得成功，在护理上采用手术期的显 微外科护理及配合、心理护理、术后健康教育等方法获得了较为 满意效果。现报告如下。 1临床资料 1.1一般资料本组7例，男5例，女2例，年龄23一56岁。车祸 伤2例

Nursing of patients with replantation of amputated limbs

Objective: To report the nursing experience of replantation of amputated limbs. Methods: Seven patients with limb mutilation were given replantation operation. All patients were assisted by preoperative and postoperative careful nursing, including specific nursing of microsurgery, psychological nursing and healthy instruction. Results: Of the 7 patients with amputated limbs, six were successfully replanted and one with the upper section of the lower leg was not healed, due to the serious bones crushed, and the obstacle of the venous return of the replantation after 7 days. On the other hand, 1 patient's upper arm function was relatively poor. While other 5 patients were no - longer required care except doing a minimal restriction of movement. Conclusions: This professional nursing method is scientific and effective on improving the recovery rate.
