家庭心理行为干预对康复期精神分裂症患者日常生活能力的影响

目的探讨家庭心理行为干预对康复期精神分裂症患者阳性与阴性症状、日常生活能力，以及复发率的影响。方法将80例痊愈出院，回归家庭进行康复治疗的精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组40例和对照组40例，干预组在维持药物治疗的基础上给予心理行为干预，对照组仅接受常规药物治疗。于入组时和人组3个月末、1a末、2a末采用日常生活能力量表、潘氏量表评定两组的干预效果，并统计两组复发率。结果人组前和干预3个月末两组日常生活能力量表、潘氏量表减分值无显著性差异，1a末有显著性差异（P〈0．05），2a末有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）；2a末干预组复发率17．5％（7／40），对照组为40．0％（16／40），两组比较差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）。结论有效的家庭心理行为干预可以提高康复期精神分裂症患者的日常生活能力，促进其社会功能的康复，有效地预防疾病复发。

The influence of family intervention on life skills of convalescent schizophreniacs

Objective To study effect of family intervention on the symptoms, life skills and relapse rate of patients with schizophrenia during recovery phase. Methods The 80 pairs of patients were randomly distributed to intervention group （40 cases） and the control group（40cases）, on the basis of drug treatment, give family interventio to the intervention group. Uses ADL and PANSS to assess the effect of intervention at begaining and at the time of 3 months , la, 2a end after intervention. Uses SPSS12.0 to calculate the relapse rate. Results The grading of DAS and PANSS has no significant difference at begaining and three months after intervention,but at the end of la and 2a it has significant difference （ P 〈0.05b-P 〈0.01）. Compared with control group ,the relapse rate of the intervention group was lower （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Effective family intervention can improve the life skills, social function of convalescent schizophreniacs and prevent relapse.
