内镜下局部注射化疗药物治疗晚期胃癌32例疗效观察

目的 观察内镜下局部化疗对胃癌的疗效。方法 对32例不能手术或不愿手术的晚期胃癌患内镜下局部注射化疗药物(5-Fu IL-2)，每周1次，4周为1疗程，记录观察并比较治疗(2个疗程)前后肿瘤的大小及患症状缓解情况。结果 肿瘤有不同程度的缩小和局限化，临床症状得到部分的缓解，无明显副作用。结论 经内镜瘤体内联合注射化疗药物是姑息性治疗晚期胃癌的一种简单、易行的方法。

Therapeutic observation of local chemiotherapy on treating 32 cases with gerontal gastric cancer with endoscope

Objective To observe the effect of local chemiotherapy in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 32 patients with gastric cancer who were either not suitable for operation or unwilling to have operation were treated by chemiotherapy(5-Fu+IL-2)with endoscope,once a week,with each course of treatment lasting 4 weeks.To record and compare the size of tumor and the amelioration of symptoms before and after the treatment(two courses).Results Clinical symptoms were improved with no obvious toxicity and side effects.Conclusion The results showed that chemical drug with endoscopic intratumor injection is a clinically feasible and safe method.
