| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨20例内翻性乳头状瘤(IP)中细胞角蛋白20(CK20)、核增殖抗原表达基因(Ki67)的表达和意义。方法 采用 免疫组化Envision二步法对20例IP、20例低级别膀胱移行细胞癌(LTCC)、20例高级别膀胱移行细胞癌(HTCC)、25例正常膀 胱组织的CK20和Ki67的表达进行检测。结果 IP中CK20和Ki67的表达均明显低于低、高级别膀胱移行细胞癌,而高于正 常组。结论 IP是有一定增殖活性的良性肿瘤。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of CK20 and Ki67 of inverted papilloma (IP) of bladder. Methods We selected 20 cases with IP, 20 cases with low-grade transitional cell carcinoma, 20 cases with high-grade transitional cell carcinoma, and 25 cases with normal bladder and evaluated the expression of CK20, and Ki67 with immunohistochemical technique. Results The expression of CK20 and Ki67 in the group with IP was lower than that in the 2 groups with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (P<0.01) but higher than that in the normal group. Conclusion IP is a proliferous benign tumor. |
