中药对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变色素上皮荧光素渗漏的影响

目的：观察中药在治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变过程中对视网膜色素上皮荧光素渗漏的影响。方法：经临床检查和眼底荧光血管造影检查诊断为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网现变患者共６６例（８３只眼）分为中药治疗组３６例（４５只眼）和对照组３０例（３８只眼）。并对治疗前后眼底发迹视及眼底荧光血管造影资料进行比较。结果：中药组总有效率为９１．１１％，对照组总有效率２３．６８％，两者比较差异有极显著性（Ｐ〈０．００１＿

An effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy and fluorescein leakage of retinal pigment epithelium

OBJECTIVE: To investigate effect of traditional Chinese medicine on fluorescence leakage of retinal pigment epithelium in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSCR). METHODS: A total of 66 patients ( 83 eyes ) with CSCR were divided into treated group ( 45 eyes of 36 cases ) with traditional Chinese medicine and control group (38 eyes of 30 cases ). After treatment fundus feature, visual acuity, and funding of fundus fluorescein angiography were compared between two groups with pretreatment. RESULTS: There was a total efficacy rate of 91 11% in the traditional Chinese group and 23 68% in the control group. These results have satistically significant difference between two groups ( P <0 001).the visual acuity was improved obviously and the eyes without fluorescein leakage were more in the traditional Chinese medicine group compared with control group. CONCLUSIONS: Traditional Chinese medicine had an obvious clinical effect in the treatment of CRCS, and it could promote recovery of barrier function of retinal pigment epithelium.
