| 摘 要： | 目的探讨头孢呋辛所致不良反应的一般规律和特点。方法采用回顾性分析方法，对1994—2007年国内公开报道的46例头孢呋辛所致ADR个案报道进行总结分析。结果头孢呋辛ADR的临床表现多种多样，以皮肤及附件损害为最常见，其次为过敏性休克。结论临床医师、药师应重视头孢呋辛的不良反应，坚持合理用药。

| Abstract: | Aim To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by cefuroxime. Methods Cefuroxime-induced ADR cases reported in the internal pharmaceutical journals retrieved from 1994 to 2007 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results The ADR of cefuroxime involved multiple organs and systems. The most common displays of ADR were the lesion of skin and appendages,followed by allergic shock etc. Conclusion Clinician and pharmacists should be alert to the ADR of cefuroxime and keep using drugs rationally. |
