| 摘 要： | 腰痛宁胶囊是治疗骨关节疾病的常用中成药，发挥疗效的同时其安全性也备受关注。通过对与腰痛宁胶囊有关的文献和国家药品不良反应监测中心数据库的相关病例报告进行分析，提出其安全性影响因素及风险管理建议，为积极推进合理使用药物，保证公众用药安全提供依据。

| Abstract: | Yaotongning capsule has good efficacy and is widely used in clinical treament, while its safety is also concerned. The cases from the database of National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center and the articles on Yaotongning capsule were discussed and drug risk management recommendations were made to ensure medication safety. |
