脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸变化及叶酸的干预作用

目的:了解同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、叶酸水平与脑梗死的关系,观察叶酸干预治疗高Hcy血症的疗效。方法:脑梗死组患者26例以及非脑梗死对照组患者18例,用酶免分析法检测血浆Hcy水平,放免法测定叶酸浓度。脑梗死组中高Hcy血症患者给予叶酸5mg,每日3次,连续1周,观察服药前后血浆Hcy水平变化。结果:脑梗死组患者血浆Hcy浓度明显高于对照组,叶酸浓度低于对照组,而且伴有颈动脉斑块患者的Hcy浓度高于无颈动脉斑块者;高Hcy血症的脑梗死患者用叶酸治疗1周,血浆Hcy浓度平均下降4μmol/L。结论:脑梗死患者血浆Hcy水平明显升高,叶酸干预治疗能使高Hcy血症脑梗死患者血浆Hcy浓度明显下降。

Levels of plasma homocysteine in patients with cerebral infarcts and interventional therapy of folic acid
