血小板添加液与血浆混合保存血小板研究进展

摘    要:目前血小板制品常规悬浮在自体血浆22℃持续振荡保存,该方法不仅保存时间短,而且血小板中大量血浆的存在给输血治疗带来了很多问题。利用合成的添加液部分代替血浆来保存血小板是当前输血研究的热点之一,且具有其独特的优点而展露出广阔的应用前景,本文就血小板添加液与血浆混合保存血小板的实验研究进展予以综述。

Abstract:Platelets are traditionally stored at 22℃ in plasma with agitation, which has some disadvantages, such as the short shelf life of platelets, some transfusion reactions, and etc. Recently,it has been paid attention to using synthetic solution to substitute plasma partially to store platelets. This method has its special advantage. This article summarized the study progress in platelets storage bye mixing platelets additive solution with plasma.
