上颌窦出血性息肉的诊断与治疗(附36例报告)

目的提高对上颌窦出血性息肉的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析36例上颌窦出血性息肉患者的临床资料。结果术后全部确诊为上颌窦出血性息肉,术前CT诊断正确28例(77.8%),随访9个月~3年,无复发。结论本病术前诊断应依靠综合判断,鼻窦CT应作为术前诊断首选检查方法,最后确诊依赖于术中所见及术后病理检查,手术是唯一有效的治疗方法,手术方式可根据病变范围决定。

Diagnosis and surgical treatment for bleeding polyp in maxillary sinus: Report of 36 cases

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment for bleeding polyp in maxillary sinus.Methods Clinical data of 36 patients with bleeding polyp in maxillary sinus were analyzed retrospectively.Results After operation,all the cases were considered as bleeding poly in maxillary sinus.Twenty-eight cases(77.8%)were diagnosed correctly by CT scanning before operation.With postoperative follow-up visit for 9-36 months,no recurrence was found.Conclusion The primary definite diagnosis is difficult before operation.It is important for CT scanning to diagnose and design the operative method.The last definite diagnosis depends on what has been seen during the operation and the check in the pathology after the operation.It is a good surgical approach that the operation is performed for bleeding polyp in maxillary sinus.The operative method relies on the range of pathology.
