结肠癌MMP-9 、VEGF 的表达和微血管密度的相关研究

 目的　研究MMP-9 和VEGF 在结肠癌中的表达及其与血管生成、侵袭转移之间的关系,探讨MMP-9 与VEGF 之间的相关性。方法　采用免疫组化SP 法,对44 例结肠癌和5 例正常结肠组织做MMP-9 、VEGF、第Ⅷ因子、Ⅳ型胶原的抗原标记。结果　MMP-9 、VEGF 表达阳性的结肠癌组织MVD值明显高于表达阴性者( P < 0. 01) ; MMP-9 、VEGF 的表达与淋巴结转移、组织学分型、Duke’s 分期有明显相关( P < 0. 01或P < 0. 05) ;MMP-9 与VEGF 在结肠癌的表达无相关性。结论　MMP-9 和VEGF的表达以及MVD 值与结肠癌侵袭转移密切相关,可作为判断结肠癌预后的指标。

The Relative Study between Expression of MMP-9、 VEGF and MVD in Human Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective 　To study the correlation between the expression of MMP-9 、VEGF in human colorectal carcinoma and biological behavior ,To evaluate the relationship between MMP-9 and VEGF. Methods 　The expression of MMP-9 、VEGF、F- Ⅷand collagen Ⅳin 44 cases carcinoma and 5 cases normal colorectal tissue were investigated by immunohistochemical SP method. Results 　The expression levels of MMP-9 、VEGF and MVD was significantly associated with tissue type 、Dukes stage and lymph nodes metastasis ; The mean MVD in group with MMP-9 、VEGF positive was significantly higher than that negative ;expression of MMP-9 was not correlated with VEGF in colorectal carcinoma. Conclusion 　The expression of MMP-9 、VEGF and MVD significantly correlated with biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma ,may become target of prognostic marker in human colorectal carcinoma.
