| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用月亮神伽马刀治疗脑干海绵状血管瘤的效果。方法回顾性分析11例脑干海绵状血管瘤患者伽马刀的治疗范围、剂量及治疗后病灶改变(MR表现)情况。结果所有患者病灶体积未见增大、无再次出血者,无脑水肿出现。结论应用月亮神伽玛刀治疗脑干海绵状血管瘤安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of Luna-260 type of Moon God Gamma Knife for brain stem cavernou hemangioma.Methods Retrospective analysis of gamma knife treatment range,dose and evolution of lesions after treatment（MRperformance） of 11 cases of brain stem cavernou shemangioma.Results There was no increase in lesion size,bleeding,and brain edema of patients.Conclusion Moon God Gamma Knife for brain stem cavernou hemangioma is an effective and safe treatment. |
