| 摘 要： | 目的 了解主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者在急性期对护理工作的需求。方法 用自制问卷在患者病情稳定转出CCU后，采用访谈法对32例主动脉夹层动脉瘤急性期患者进行调查。结果 患者对护理工作的需求具有普遍性，只是在程度上有一定差异，解除疼痛，减轻痛苦占首位。结论 护士在对急性期的主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者实施护理时，要根据其需求特点有针对性进行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the needs of patients with aortic dissection in acute period.Methods:Thirty-two pa- tients were investigated by self-designed questionnaire used in interviews when their conditions were stable and transferred from CCU to common wards.Results:The patients' needs for nursing were much in common,although there were some differences.The need for pain relief was the first.Conclusion:When nursing the patients with aortic dissection in acute pe- riod,the nurse should do according to the patients' proper need. |
